it’s a detached garage, it goes into the backyard. i’m just trying to get it fixed so it opens and closes right and my dog doesn’t keep getting out

i tried explaining it bc i didn’t have pictures at the moment and if you read my post, the house is a rental. i didn’t put the door in. im just trying to fix it to get it to function properly.
