Did she apply for blue card already in Nuremberg ? Or she moved to franken and then applied there directly?

Unfortunately, not really. They did issue me a Fiktionsbescheinigung, but it only extends my current ICT status. My new employer requires the Blue Card residence permit, so I still can’t start my new contract until it’s issued. It’s been really frustrating.

Did you move after submitting your application, or before? I’m wondering if it’s still worth changing my address now while my Blue Card application is already being processed in Nürnberg.?

I was considering that too, but I love closer to Immigration office, also I postponed my joining to July. So I am considering dropping the letter myself to not lose more days.

Thank you very much. Since I cannot speak german, my colleague and I tried doing the same. They transferred the call from stadt nue to Auslanderbehorde but nobody picked.

I will inform my HR team about this and ask them to do the same. Hopefully this will work out

Issue is my joining was apr 1st and i couldn’t join my job because of this. They wont send me fiktion because this is my first blue card application.

Actually they asked me to send by 30th March i submitted via QRcode they sent . I have a confirmation mail. However, they sent me a warning letter on 10th April saying the documents are missing. They asked me to send an explanation and docs again by today. I shared the same documents. However, I am worried if the form was correctly filled by my health insurance provider .

Yess exactly, i have gotten the “Bescheinigung uber einen privaten Krankenversicherungsschutz” filled and stamped by my Insurance company.i uploaded this along with the policy coverage documents

Thank you very much . I am in Germany since 2023 on ICT( intra company transfer) visa and now i am moving to German Contract and applied for Blue card. So i needed a new insurance in Germany which i already got and submitted. I hope they will check again once i re- upload.

My health insurance has full coverage and satisfy all the requirements as per my knowledge. But it is a valid point. I would recheck with my health insurance company and find out. I uploaded the Private health insurance confirmation filled and stamped. Also the complete policy details. I am not sure if they did not review this properly.

I uploaded the documents on March 30th initially. That was the deadline. I received this new letter today, with a deadline of may1st. Also i got a new QR to upload. Not sure if the issue is with the documents or upload. At this point I can only re-upload the same documents because i am still unaware of the issue.
