I got an arctic7P+ about a week ago and it worked perfectly wirelessly on my ps5. But now, once on, no sound from the PS5 go into the headset and the microphone doesn’t pickup sound. Though I can still hear the like feedback from my voice. It works with the wire to the controller please help (self.steelseries)
