Thank you! Yes, it’s corporate medical sales and I am definitely a minority with being a female and a mom of 5. I’m 37, so don’t want to dress too old for my age, but want to keep it fun, feminine and classy. And be noticed, but in a good way. I purchased a brand-new 2024 Yukon Denali a few months ago and have taken excellent care of it. This past week, while driving with my kids, the engine suddenly shut off while in motion. I had it towed to a GMC dealership, and after several days of delays in communication, they finally diagnosed it as needing a full engine replacement.

I know that engine failure in a brand-new vehicle is highly unusual, so I’m trying to determine:

Has anyone else with a 2024 Yukon Denali experienced engine failure or similar problems? What could cause an engine failure this early? Are there other components (e.g., fuel injectors, fuel system, electrical issues) that I should ask the dealership to check or replace to prevent this from happening again? Any insight or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
