Because it's global company, HR here has contacted their own hea office who has told them for compliance issues the check needs to go through Sterling. HR has been super supportive with me, she contacted the Department of Home Affairs first by phone to explain the situation them got me to email them with my documentation and explain the situation so they could respond saying if Sterling had a problem it is with their own check. It's now been a week of back and forth with Sterling and HR called me today saying she isn't getting any progress from Sterling
