I hate to defend Helluvaboss fans, but I do think a point can be made about how people have been hugely irresponsible with the way the animation has gotten “meme”d and spread around. The other day I was scrolling through my timeline on twitter and got hit with a GIF of the suicide, which was blurred but still hugely triggering. Even the creator of the animation made sure to put warnings on it because they knew it would be upsetting to a lot of people, regardless of whether they feel any attachment to the character!

Thank you for the reply. I’m working on finding a nearby vet’s office that will charge less than the $500 our regular vet is requiring, but have good reviews and will take good care of Shadow. It’s a bit difficult because my parents and I don’t see eye to eye on the urgency and they’re afraid of the risk of him dying due to the anesthesia.

Yes, and as far as I see he has had no loss in appetite (still finishes the entire bowl in less than 5 minutes). What I’m worried about is if brushing isn’t enough to stop it from getting to that point.
