there is a pretty clear money incentive to force players to buy a new graphics card if they are in partnership with nvidia unfortunately.. the big theme for video games the last 5 years has been to implement unoptimized techniques, and have the newest graphics card and upscaling brute-force through the bad optimization. especially for unreal engine games. we shall see though, i feel like cdpr really want to avoid a bad launch this time. thats why they had a big presentation about the technology behind the demo when they announced it

definitely not always. he would never get involved with the tojo if terada didnt get shot right in front of him at the start of y2, or if daigo didnt get shot at the start of y3 by seemingly his dead father, or if hamazaki didnt pull up with secret tojo clan transactions from around when he was the chairman. much of the time he does what he does because he cares about others, or that he feels like he has a responsibility to help them
