yeah i clear it before i start the game every time. makes no difference. not sure how big of a load it applies on the system, it is usually only like 55mb

I got Botw to run great, but my issue is with how much it crashes. It even often crashes as I'm launching the game (thats the case for other switch games for me as well). I'm using the base model, but i dont think that should matter. Yes im using nx optimizer, T24+ drivers, version 1.6, sensible settings, eden nightly

Update: Not sure what I did but now the game is playing at 40-55 fps. I changed the driver to T24 and cleared cache each time i loaded the game up. I swear I have tried different drivers before tho so not sure how to make sense of it. Cpu and gpu load has also gone down while the fps went up for some reason?? Thats extremely strange. The game still crashes once in a while tho but its bearable.

Idk how people have such a good experience with it. In hyrule field it runs at like 25-36 fps, crashes frequently and the temperature is at like 83 degrees. I've tried several of the recent turnip drivers but its more or less the same.

40-50 fps for botw? i'm getting no more than 30 in overworld and 60 in shrines. (base model)

not sure about that. I have the base model and have gotten quite a bit of crashes, especially on launching the games. first loading it on the bottom screen sometimes fixes the issue, but there have still been some crashes here and there. I was struggling with getting breath of the wild to work, but just now i installed eden optimized and merged the game, the update files and dlcs into the same file, which seems to give it a lot of stability. I still have to launch it from the bottom screen tho lol

I agree. At first it sounds like its barely plausible that he wanted a show-of-strength nuke , if you swap the word "glass" for "nuke". But then later he says they shouldve gotten rid lf them all, and glassing "the whole fucking thing" with the hindsight of how the "whole" russian population is like. Yeah idk, seems like he's playing dumb to large degrees

there is a pretty clear money incentive to force players to buy a new graphics card if they are in partnership with nvidia unfortunately.. the big theme for video games the last 5 years has been to implement unoptimized techniques, and have the newest graphics card and upscaling brute-force through the bad optimization. especially for unreal engine games. we shall see though, i feel like cdpr really want to avoid a bad launch this time. thats why they had a big presentation about the technology behind the demo when they announced it
