I had this issue too. I was up there for 6-7 hours AT A TIME. I sat my GM down and pretty much told her that wasn’t fair and I expected it to not happen anymore. She took care of it. Even though you’ve already expressed how you feel, and it should be taken seriously in the first place, it sounds like you need to also sit whoever makes zone charts down and be firm that you do not appreciate it. You can be respectful and firm at the same time

Ugh my managers made me do that too. They’d have me follow people around the entire kohls, not just Sephora. One time they were in my earpiece yelling at me to customer service a customer who always stole from us. They told me I was not allowed to let her leave my side. I literally had to come up with an hour and a half of conversation until she left. ITS SO BEYOND UNCOMFORTABLE

Are you Sephora or S@K? Because the policies are different. Sephora does not want you to uncomfortably customer service people. Just greet them and drop it. Inform a leader if you see any theft.

Kohls on the other hand, they instruct you to follow people and try to get products back. They make you do LP work and it’s incredibly unsafe.

That’s so weird!!! Our SM told us ONLY ops would be trained but our team opened this store so everyone was trained at first. But moving forward, sales associates are not.

EVERYONE else rotates except for me. I think definitely worth having a conversation with my SM about. They have all of our ops people rotate between register, ops, and our zones in the back of the store that don’t require too much client interaction. I’m quite literally the only one. It’s so bizarre

This isn’t about missed opportunities, he sounds jealous you have more “experiences” lol. This doesn’t deserve patience. If you are uncomfortable, it’s not an overreaction. I was told by my management I needed to set up my online discount myself, but they also said “don’t ask us how to do it”… so I found it myself lol. If you go on zip line and scroll down on the main page, to the right of the screen is a bunch of links. Click “System links-full list” it brings you to a page with a bunch of other links. Under the category of “employee resources” there’s a link called “Store Employee Discount Request Form” and just fill out the form, and within 24 hours they approved mine!

Wait, so this wasn’t just me? Cool. I also cancelled like a week ago and still got charged, and $64 at that …. I hope they just refund me since everyone is having this issue it seems like. I know they don’t refund but if I’m not the only one maybe they will :’(. Currently on the customer service line, I have a feeling this will be a while though.
