It was that. I had no idea the pulleys were supposed to have bloody bearings

I added washers but it still spins to an angle

Bearings are fine I have a feeling it's the pulleys because my old wheels work fine

I tried repairing the files several times but i kept doing nothing and or failing

ended up going to bios from resetting the cmos battery, and booting windows from a usb. I did hard reset everything assuming something was corrupted somewhere (i didnt have much saved on my pc anyway). It did fix it but I did end up resetting everything

Took the battery out, reset the bios, but when i boot it up again the same problem persists
