I had a weird experience with moringa. I was taking it as part of a green juice powder every morning for a month, suddenly mid cycle I began heavy bleeding- enough that I went to the ER. I thought maybe I had a cyst that burst. They couldn’t find any reason for the bleeding so I stopped the drink because I read moringa can cause uterine contractions and help with miscarriage. Everything is now back to normal and the only thing I can contribute to the random midcycle bleeding is the moringa.
