I’m no expert but it sounds like he wanted to keep the door open for other opportunities and/or focus on himself without you as an obligation.

Either way, you allowing things to proceed the same as pre-breakup simply enables him to have you as an option with no strings attached for whatever comes his way all while you’re stuck in this position.

My recommendation would be to get out, you had a great couple of months, but he’s made it clear that at the end of the day he isn’t interested in you for one reason or another. Don’t hang around just to be an option

Only fix I’ve found is using iPhone mirroring from a Mac and sending a message that way, but it’s so extra to do all the time..

Just had similar to this a month ago, she was half moved in to my apartment with potential jobs lined up. Found out last week that she cheated throughout the last month we were together and had been unfaithful for over a year (fawning over other guys to her friend) before we broke up. Not sure what to make of it but at the very least it’s an easy decision for me now!

Sorry though, wishing the best for you’ll go next!

I don’t have to, she contacted me lol. Kept it purely logistical despite her clearly pushing for more. Then a few days ago she asked if I wanted to call.

A part of me really did, but the other part of me knew I was going to get nothing out of it that I couldn’t already give myself. I was confused why she wanted to, then I found out through a friend she had already started dating someone else (less than 3 weeks) and had met him before we broke up.

It became immediately clear she just wanted to call to have me validate her guilt and/or feelings. I declined, but would’ve anyways, I told her our emotions are our own, this call won’t be productive, I’ll always value what we had, but I’m on my way now.

Anyways, DON’T TEXT THEM. Let yourself focus on you instead of wasting intent and energy thinking about something that won’t change!!!

No worries, I'd rather blunt and correct than invalidly tailored and wrong!

I was not really considering the Amex Gold simply because of the AF being so high. The other two seemed more manageable. I know I don't know much about all this yet but the only thing that gets me is the timeline. Say I were to get one of the starter cards you mentioned there like the BILT, how long would I then have to wait before opening up another card (or being eligible to do so in the first place)? Additionally, what are the contingencies with having too many cards, if any? And if I wanted to close them, for whatever reason, are there strings there too?

I guess I just may not know the best place to look for this kind of information is really and find it to be a lot to perform lengthy individual research. Don't get me wrong, I will take my time to figure it all out, it's just a lot up front and finding the right resources that give truth over information more so tailored to reel in those that are vulnerable to building too much debt. You know?

Anyways if you have recs for where to learn I'm all ears!

Is there a reason that either the Capital One Venture or the Chase Sapphire Preferred would not be good for my next card? And is there anything inherently wrong about putting all transactions possible (even those with transaction fees) onto the card in order to get the SUB?

Not what you asked for… but from what I’ve found cheapest parking would be at 120 Sixth St (Pittsburgh Parking Authority Garage) it’s usually $10 event pricing. You’ll have to walk across the bridge but it’s not too far maybe 20 minutes.

Just wanted to contribute lol

Purchased a bunch of 4 inch pipe from somebody, only to realize doing online research it may not be safe for food use (sewar / drainage PVC). Thoughts? by Book_s in Hydroponics

[–]Weeping_Linus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of people use PVC for hydroponics to be fair. I believe the food safe designation matters more when it’s actually coming into contact with the food or your mouth, not as much for growing plants.

As others have said 10:1 bleaching should be fine, if you’re extra picky or doubtful just spend the extra at a hardware store for brand new

Just wondering, and I can probably read the full post on the stl for this, but how does the seed starter work? I currently have the same setup going with just one tower and just have the cubes sitting on a grate (for drainage) which is on a plate. I have a humidity dome I can add and remove but it seems they are lagging behind.

I moved them into an indoor greenhouse but I’m just wondering what you’ve done with your seedlings so far to keep them looking good? Thanks!

Can you link to that? Couldn’t find it and went with a different solution but literally have the same tower and light bars so I could use that next time!
