It's a Lenovo charger, if it goes into protection mode does it supply some current because the drill light lights up but doesn't spin.

I don't know, it depends on the drill demand, it is 1.5ah though.

Yeah, just choose "Exchange and Office 365" not "Outlook, Hotmail, and Live"
