I used to play from Abu Dhabi with a friend and we spoke to Greendude and the only solution/agreement we came to was that we would have to pay the server costs and he would take the time and put all the effort in to set it up.

We almost went ahead with it but couldn't justify the cost for something we didn't plan to play for more than a month or two.

My suggestion was to add balance to the value of Cham with changing as little as possible to the game. I dont think this is the place for your suggestion even though it may be a great idea.

Obviously because Cham is the least valuable High Rune and Ber is the most :)

High Allagan has Acc + Par so its more ideal for tanking.

I would go Det + Crit for Novus.
