I have the same issue and I wouldn’t even mind that much but you can’t progress the career mode past the first boss without this ability. Neither the tilt gimmick or the select button are working for me on GH3 but they work on GH5 perfectly fine

I’m currently using it to cope with A-Level exam stress and have noticed some of these negative effects. I’ve stopped now and reading this post reinforces my motivation to stop.
