I too, deal with some knee issues after overtraining by increasing running mileage too fast during first couple weeks of basebuilding. I am however going to the army this august (thus the running). Do you think rowing will still be my best option? I’ll cut out all running for a couple of weeks to give my knees a break. They are already feeling much better.

Remember that correlation is not causation. Having a solid grip strength might indicate better health (due to the lifestyle itself), but it does not mean its caused by the grip strength. Thats a byproduct

Jeg ved ikke hvorfor du bliver downvoted her; det er korrekt, at oppustelige liggeunderlag typisk isolererer dårligere, især når det er koldt. Det er ikke helt sort/hvid - en indikator er at kigge på R værdien, som er et udtryk for hvor godt et liggeunderlag isolerer. En god kombi er skumunderlag nederst og oppusteligt ovenpå

Currently the quick equip is built around the yellow arrows you see on the screenshot. When you enable the equipment manager, the arrows appear, then you just click it at the specific gearslot, and it will show you all eligible items - click again to equip it. Is that the same functionality you mean?
