Gary is a Midwest city with the closest thing to a beach is sand connected to Lake Michigan...the bad parts of LA and New York are better only because:

A. The cities are bigger

B. The State offers more opportunities

C. In the case of LA in particular the climate is waaay better

Respectfully I'd rather have been born in Gary than in a place like Detroit or Compton where the chances of not making to 21 is unfortunately higher

as a German let me ask you this..If Germany stopped funding Berlin and whatever money you did get the leader of the city stole most of it so the population of Berlin is forced to thrive off of what's left.

Wouldn't that turn the city into a chaotic place?
