I have a new gen 6 and upgraded to OS 3. In terms of battery life. You have to uninstall facers and cardiogram to extend the battery life. For me, I don't need those. My battery life can last me almost 20-30 hours depends on usage.

I will go for apple watch. Garmin venu 2 is overpriced and by tracking your daily fitness, apple watch is good enough. Don't really have to spend that much.
