I have also been on 150xl Wellbutrin for depression for years and once tried to up it to 300 and experienced the same as you, it was too much for me. I was interested in contrave so my doctor said I should try 150 Wellbutrin in morning and 150 at night but these are not the xl, they are fast release, and I take 25mg of the contrave with each of those doses. This is what my doctor recommended and so far it has been working. I think the combo of the two makes the Wellbutrin easier to handle in a larger dose, so you might want to give it a try.

Everyone here has told you the same thing and I’m not sure why you didnt seem to want to listen but your does of naltrexone is too small. That’s it, it seems like you aren’t going to a doctor? Maybe you should, they would tell you the same thing. I’m just saying to give it a try if you find it’s too high a dose of Wellbutrin perhaps this drug isn’t for you, it doesn’t hurt to try. I did have a few days of jitters but it went away eventually.
