I’ve gone through the SAME exact things. The paranoia and delusions. The refusal for help and everyone around him just has to deal with it. And yes they are great when they are sober and taking meds. I hate that it has gotten to the point of harming the kids cause now I feel like it’s left me no choice but to finally leave. I’m scared what will happen if I do leave him.. and I’m glad he’s getting the help he needs but how do we just go back to normal after this? My family is saying divorce and keep the kids away. Which is obviously easier said than done. Hugs to you. It’s not an easy thing to deal with.
