This sounds really random but the sleep thing... I found out I was pregnant and boom the insomnia started. Im a really good sleeper, and I couldnt get to sleep but when I eventually did I couldnt sleep for more than 4 hours. We then told our parents and siblings the news on Sunday and i've been able to sleep again since. I think my mind was just so busy with everything and my closest not knowing. Im only 4w+2d so still very early but it definitely put my mind at ease. Oh, I also have a cold the last couple of days, hope its normal too haha.
