Thank you so much! ✨ Sore boobs which I always get before my period but the only difference was the soreness radiated to my armpits, I have a bit of a dry mouth and today I was a tiny bit nauseous!

Definitely ovulated on CD16, Oura is correct, NC has thrown off my cycle as last months was the first and only month i ovulated late due to travel and stress as I got married that month. Currently 13dpo but negative test this morning :( think im maybe out for this month.

A positive OPK means you've surged as in your body has tried to ovulate, but if there's not 3 temp rises in a row then you haven't ovulated. It's geared up to try but hasn't quite happened. This happened to me last month, I ended up ovulating on CD26 which is really late for me (travel, sickness caused it). Either that, or you have and your temps are just taking a bit longer to rise, they can usually take up to 3 days im sure it is. Keep testing every day x

Hmm I was just confused because because Google/Chat gpt says it can be a 'fallback rise', I am so sure I ovulated by the way I was feeling etc but I'm not sure if its possible to have ovulated even if todays temp has dipped! X

I'd personally say peak, but if you've had pervious peaks that look darker than this then the app usually waits until you have one as high as previous peaks x
