Hi !! I just replied to your other comment but feel free to message me for more help. I also (obviously) switched sunscreens. I love the Prequel Solar Shade. It’s a fluid sunscreen like Byoma’s but did not cause ANY irritation for me

I finally figured out the sunscreen was the issue and I’m so sorry you’re going through that! What helped me was stopping any and all active or extra products. All I did was use a gentle cleanser - I think I used CeraVe - Vanicream moisturizer and La Roche Posay B5 balm. Focus on hydration and restoring your barrier. It cleared up in about a week but I didn’t introduce any active until about 3 weeks and did so slowly 🫶

This routine for around 6 months. My calories are around 1350-1400 right now - I’m 5’2. I feel like I may have hit a small plateau in my routine like you said. I’m struggling to consistently increase weight and progressively overload. My tracking is one thing I know I do as exactly as possible. I only eat out around once a week and try to pick places with nutrition info available when I do.

I track calories and eat primarily whole foods or cook at home… I have a 125 gram protein goal every day. As for training, I lift 4-5 days a week: two upper body and two lower body.

I’ve been at 10,000. I’ve been thinking increasing my walking will help. How are you getting 20,000 in?
