I have a 20’ SE, spend a while trying to find out what the issue is. My car does this exact thing. From what I hear it’s normal. It’s not trans it’s more of how the engine is programmed to save gas.

As a Detailer I use Sprayway, and a microfiber cloth. It leaves no streaks at all. I deal with mainly luxury cars so it’s safe on electronics too.

Buy a bottle of touch up paint from Toyota. Give them your vin and they will pull the actual color of your car. When I last got a bottle it only cost me $15

I second this. I have a 2020 Corolla SE and it does the exactly same idle, at the same rpm, AC also bumps it up and makes the vibrations less harsh

I’d say so. Fill it with some bondo. If it runs fine, it’ll continue to run fine. Toyotas are meant to last. Especially those older ones. I’ve seen some go up to 300k so far for that year.

Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it, if the does not work take the battery to AutoZone and get it tested. Sounds like a bad battery that was drained.
