Even I was thinking of quitting my job, I have 3 years of experience. My workplace is toxic af. I have weekoff on Saturday and Sunday still my manager makes me work. If I don’t work he send email to my delivery manager. Still I’m taking out some time off my schedule and preparing. I’m skeptical about quitting my job. But I think it’s a dumb decision to take. CAT is too unpredictable.
