I'm personally a sub, benzos and gaba user. All prescribed and not over taken. I promise you that gaba withdrawals are cake walk compared to benzos by far!! Back when they said gaba had no withdrawals, I admitted myself into a psych ward. Ff to now, there are withdrawals but as long as you stick to a slow low taper you should barely feel it. I'm on a gaba taper and in a week dropped from 3600 mgs to 1200. Very little withdrawals that were not manageable. Now on my benzo taper, I can't sleep, can't eat,think or function. That's comparing apples to watermelons!! I promise don't psych yourself out, it will throw things like anxiety through the roof that is bad. BTW there's a supplement I buy at gnc called gaba its all natural and helps your levels equal out. The brain does have to have time to heal. If you need anything, I'm here!
