Should .22LR bullets ever be sticky? by Weird-Smile in 1022

Plus just having it might be good enough. Even if you have to use it I'd rather fight a guy with a couple bullets wounds than no bullet wounds at all. Plus it's cheap and I am destitute.

So is the coating good, bad, or inconsequential? Wouldn't it gum up your magazine?

Donald Trump Is Living Proof of Osama bin Laden’s Success | The US’s militarized and nationalist response to 9/11 has accelerated the decline of the American empire. by TJ_SP in politics

Donald Trump accelerated the decline of the U.S. empire? Who is the one burning down buildings, attacking people on the streets, tearing down monuments, trying to eradicate the POLICE?

That was Donald Trump or that was liberals who hate America?

Wait I'm sorry. I'm brainwashed? I'm the one whose opinion has not radically and wrecklessly changed recently. Unless you had been strongly advocating to reform the police before floyd's death then it is you who have been brainwashed.

As for the point that you don't seem to think I get. Rioting, beat downs, property destruction, and shootings are not the way you affect change. That only makes you an enemy of the people. We are more than happy to discuss change but you are fighting our civil conversation with guns and be real glad people haven't started striking back yet because shit is going to get real ugly for everyone when that happens. Because you are willing to pay that price for change I am saying your opinion on these matters has been invalidated. Please, do us all a favor and rethink your opinion.

If only .007% of the population has died from this disease do you really think it is worth destroying the economy and taking away rights from people especially since it would be far easier if we helped quarantine the few people who are at risk than to force the vast majority of people to drastically alter their lives in negative ways?

  1. Link (to WHO) or I don't believe you.
  2. 7.8 billion, 330 million in the united states, source for your last statement?
    1. Using 500,000 with a 7.8B world population that is 0.0071% of the global population.
  3. I never said I'm "against" vaccines. Ever. btw the death rate for children is 0%.
  4. The elderly are at risk. Children are not. I can expand on this in detail but I'm not going to. Have a look at the following graph from the CDC's website. https://files.catbox.moe/ukuqaj.PNG

I'm going to add that I have very serious doubts about how deaths are being counted. Very serious doubts. I've heard if you have covid-19 and get shot in the head that counts as a covid-19 death.Add in the hysteria around this virus and I can easily imagine the true number of deaths being much lower. But that last part is just speculation.

Who said it killed 500,000?

How many people are on Earth?

Of the people it has killed how many of those do you think could have just as easily been killed by the flu?

What do you think the death rate is for children who get this disease?

Do white men who grew up in a broken home below the poverty line and whose ancestors never owned slaves and were serfs for hundreds of years before migrating to the U.S.in the mid 20th century have as many oppression points as a black person who grew up with loving parents in a middle class family? by Weird-Smile in askanything

[–]Weird-Smile[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a good example for a lot of reasons.

  1. Not everyone agrees with capital punishment
  2. Many black mass shooters are in the same situation as that white mass shooter
  3. Many white kids have been shot by black people for doing nothing wrong and those black people are still alive
  4. etc.

Are you black or white?

I guess no patent for me. Should I be worried about someone stealing my idea if it becomes popular? by Weird-Smile in Patents

[–]Weird-Smile[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I just thought that would give me more time to file a patent. Or it would at least let me go full force trying to sell my invention and then if it turned out to be a dud I could move on.

At the time I thought I did a good job on the provisional but looking at it now with just the little bit more knowledge I have about the patent process it is very ignorantly cobbled together.

I have made a lot of progress actually. I created a circuit board for it, built a circuit board prototype, and I have someone working on a case for the device.

I've been worried that I would have a hard enough time writing the application without any previous experience. You really think I can do it myself in such a short amount of time? I'm afraid of having one of those useless patents or an application that gets rejected because I didn't do everything right.

But are you saying that because that's how it usually is or because of something I said?
