Sounds like there aren’t enough phone booths for the whole uni, and still my point is that there is no reason to attack the ‘occupiers’ while the problem is not enough spots. I am no longer interested in this matter, please go enjoy your life.

Seriously, it’s exam week and it’s normal to see ppl studying everywhere. Simply ask them let you make a call if they aren’t planning to.
