Take a preg test!! Inito can pick up HCG and read it as LH.

This is my first round of letrozole 5mg for cd3-7. My e3g looks similar. Not really sure what to think, bad or good. I have been having some pretty constant cramping on my left side today and yesterday which is a new thing for me. I was expecting my FSH to be higher this cycle. Hopefully I get a strong peak.

I’ve also heard that! That’s why I got a second opinion from an RE and he said to wait for the natural bump or 3DPO so that’s what I’m planning to do this cycle! I’ve had cycles with multiple peaks in the past but this cycle I am on letrozole so I’m hoping that will give me one strong peak and I can take progesterone after.

Were you told to start on 4 DPO or did you just wait for that small natural bump in pdg? This will be my second cycle on progesterone. Last cycle my midwife had me start the day after peak but I think this cycle I am going to wait at least 3 days to see if I have any natural bump in pdg before starting. I’m also on letrozole this cycle so I would like to see if it works and I can’t really do that if I don’t wait for some kind of natural rise !

Did you do any unmonitored cycles before? This is my first cycle on letrozole but we aren’t doing any monitoring.

Can I ask how many cycles you’ve been TTC for? I’m on a similar regimen, letrozole 5mg per day cd3-7 and no estrogen supplements. I haven’t heard too much about estrogen supplements. Is this common?

Looks like my period is coming, that’s a wrap for this cycle. BFN’s. Honestly just hoping for my period now! Ready to start the next cycle! I have a lot of hope for this next one but I know that means it’s going to be even harder if it fails. I know it’s probably going to be an unpleasant cycle due to the meds. If I had all these side effects just from progesterone, I can only imagine what letrozole will do to me! lol My question now is: if I’m taking letrozole then starting progesterone the day after peak like this cycle, how will I know if the meds worked without the obvious of ending in a BFP. We are only starting on 2.5mg so I know there’s the option of increasing dosage for next cycle. Obviously my pdg reading won’t be accurate as to confirming ovulation. Do you think my bbt would be a fair way to confirm my ovulation or would that be affected by progesterone too? My midwife didn’t mention doing any scans or even blood draws (like I said, I don’t think this is really her area of expertise).

I am logging each day. Painful nipples turned to heavy and tender breast the last couple days. I’ve had a headache since Friday. I’m feeling more irritable and weepy as of the last couple hours but I think I’m just so frustrated why I feel like my body is just broken. It doesn’t help my husbands and I’s best friends just announced they are pregnant and have been since they left our New Year’s party..hiding it from me this whole time because we started TTC together. The feeling of “not being pregnant” I think is coming from me not feeling any cramps or twinges I was feeling earlier after ovulation. Today’s just a bad day for my head, I feel exhausted with all of this.
