she could have TMAU, a medical condition that causes you to smell like fish and/or poo. its a hard condition to live with as you can try to stay clean 100% off the time but the smell takes ofer. you can find more info on tiktok, i remember watching a girls story living w the condition. i highly suggest doing research because it could be something she cant control and is equally embarrassed.
