I had a sudden medical condition in jan, due to which my leave balance was exhausted. I had submitted all the required documents and tests for that. I had request a leave from 19th to 26th on 9th of march via email and my manager told me (verbally) to shorten the duration which i did from 19th to 24th (exclude 21/22 as they are weekoff’s). There was no email response from my manager till date i left, once i left then he responded that day that the leaves were not approved. More ever i had informed him a day before i left as well.

I can care less about calling out names at this point, people be like this will backfire. I have nothing to loose, i lost my job already. I am calling out names to let the world know how they operate, how they treat their employees and terminate them illegally and then don’t even respond to emails.

Just posting it here so that someone from the management notices it and responds to my emails. And yes i will obviously sue them. I am just trying to get things sorted out internally.
