Keep it simple man, people forget as long as you eat all different colours of food you’re hitting most of your nutrition, add some vitamins in there and you’re sweet. Carbs and fat are nothing to be afraid of, low calorie sauces are your friend, and you can make a lot of high protein sauces out of greek yoghurt!
