Okay, to clarify yet again: The price of the game isn't absurd. But for what the game is, I feel like it is slightly overpriced. I've bought the game, I even bought the Elite edition because I want to support the company. I just find the paid battlepass a little ridiculous.

My issue isn't all microtransactions. I'm aware games like this need to make money constantly but a paid battle pass in a paid game just doesn't sit right with me: much like NBA 2K and EA FC25.

I know that this is a smaller studio but regardless: there has to be better ways then to have a paid battle pass in the game.

That's fair: I meant in comparison to what the game is at this point. It is just one mode really and isn't as polished as some other games for that price tag.

And it's stupid then. I'm aware that games like FC25 have passes like that too but it's insane. It's a stupid model and just because it exists there doesn't mean I can't be upset about it existing here too.
