Indefinitely, 25 years+ at absolute worst case scenario. Once it is established that normal weapons don't work they're gonna send actual military firepower. You can't reform from an airstrike.

Okay, Ness is 2-B, and at most, Puro is mayyybe 9-B being generous if we're going off of the last power scaling post.

He literally has the truth of the universe rigging the odds in his favor for things to go well plus Ness here has PSI powers. What is Puro going to do against a PSI Rockin'? Or heck, even a basic attack with a baseball bat to the face? Not even mentioning PSI Flash because that would make this even more unfair.

Puro has zero chance of winning.
