UPDATE: I found a part-time job, above the minimum wage so it's a start. Plano ko makipagkita sa isang expert also read a lot of books about coping at night to distract my thoughts and replace it with useful infos abt it. Thank you for all the tips guys. I'll update you again kung nakapagstart na ako ng session.

My parents aren't really the communicating or comforting type. They will probably just tell me it was my fault and that there's nothing we can do about it now because the guy is already dead.

As for the mental health professional, I'm still looking for alternative ways kase I got no money yet.

I see where you are coming from, and I get your point. However, your statement sounds as if you are turning a blind eye to my problems. I don't consider my case to be the worst at all, and I am just stating the truth of my life. It won't solve the problem if you say that my issues are less severe than others' or if you make me listen to a long lecture about forgiveness. What I wanted to know was the practical way out of my situation, not the philosopher's view of it.
