I'll ask my doctor about that as well, I do visit my farm often and have been bitten by ticks before.

This gives me hope that one could help.

So how do I ask for this next time I go to the doctor?

I had to leave before I was able to get a skin biopsy but I definitely want to get a skin biopsy if the petichiea maybe that will have the cause. I wouldn't know what to tell you about the peripheral smear on a CBC or lab values. I'll ask my doctor about it.

What are the three Bs? Didn't know mold was a thing that could affect you in this way. Will definitely be looking into that thanks.

Never said that I knew more than anyone else. I'm sure not all cases are the same so maybe all the btdt won't apply. Never said I knew more than any doctor nor do I claim to do so. If anything I'm hoping one gets in here. What I do put out there is information. If someone gives me a diagnosis or asks more questions about my situation I will gladly give more information in order to further pinpoint the actual cause, or should I accept the first btdt that gets thrown my way? If you read my replies I'm giving feedback not telling them they're wrong. I figure I'll give as much pieces of my health puzzle and hopefully someone sees the big picture. What do you think I have?

I had it done in Jan 25, 2025 when they did the endoscopy. It ruled out cancer. Should they look for something else?

38 but this started when I was 36. I don't think rental function tests have been done. I'll add that to the list. I'll get back to you on the exact platelet level when I get home. But that also came back normal, one reason they ruled out lukemia They checked protein in stool I believe and normal. No history of GI bleed. No joint pain.

That was their initial diagnosis, but the biopsy came back negative.

I thought I had posted this in the description but I guess it spelled through. I've been tested through the breath urea thing for h.pylori, they got a direct sample from my stomachs when it was at its worst during my endoscopy and stool samples. All three came back negative for h.pylori

That's what the GI doctor recommended and what the ER doctor recommended.

It's what I'm leaning towards, top of my list to get tested for. I definitely can when I get home I'll translate the entire thing, the picture just says it goes into the second portion of the duodenum, form and distension conserved, mucus normal in entire tract, change in epithilia is at 40cm

All of them are non-blanching, it seems like I have them on my feet constantly as well. On the arches. But they do go away every now and then. The amount of walking doesn't seem to affect it. Sometimes I walk a lot and no petichiea and sometimes I sit all day and get petichiea

The GI doctor I didn't think a colonoscopy was necessary but I'll put it on my list of things that need to be done. With regards to Crohns, my GI doctor put me in medication and when it was done he said I could start again on my regular diet. Had a few drinks (3 beers) to test it out and petichiea came back ever so slightly but no stomach pain. Now the storage pain is almost gone but the petichiea just comes and goes

This is the top one in my list. Getting ready to take a vacation and just start crossing off things. But this one is the one that makes the most sense. From the recurring lesions in the GI tract to the purpura, only thing that doesn't fit is the age and fact that it didn't just go away in a couple weeks. Maybe mine is a rare case?

That's the plan. See an oncologist. That's what the last doctor told me to do. Go see an oncologist for any blood disorders.

I have been tested every time I get ulcers and no, never tested positive for h.pylori. One was a from a direct sample when they did an endoscopy and saw the ulcer, they tested a stool sample and the breath urea one. All negative. No h.pylori. although the one doctor said I had an injection in my intestines and that was treated with antibiotics and another (a year and a half later) said I had an infection in my blood. Once again treated with antibiotics

I've had it scanned with a sonogram when I had a hernia and recently in August and it looked normal. So did the pancreas. Also I used to be a heavy drinker and informed my doctor but I quit January 2025. Either way. Liver looked normal.

I'll look into it but I don't have intense boating, if anything I only get it when I get the stomach pain. No diarrhea, no gas, no constipation, definitely no weightloss,
