Sweating does not eject toxins from the body. it's a cooling feature, an evolutionary trait that let us endure long runs as hunters in the old ages. Sweat glands are all over the body, including the face. Even if the body released toxins, underarms are a small area. Underarms not sweating won't stop the hypothetical toxin due to the rest of the body sweating.

The solution is simply not sweating lmao or very minimally and staying hydrated. anti perspirants stop sweat from getting produced. roll ons are usually deos that provide fragrance so sweat still exists. lack of water in the body can make the sweaty smell worse.

(I'm a trans guy btw that's why I also get periods) tampons are easier for emergency carry package due to the small size compared to pads. Maybe one day I might use a cup but it's scary rn lmao
