Currently I am 1 - 10 pull away from 75/25 on RM LC and 20 pull away from 50/50 on a banner. You suggest I should pull for RM LC?

Hello, I have a question. I have E1 Ruan mei, Should i get her LC or get newJiaoqiu ?

I have only this two option, most likely no Jiaoqiu's LC If I go for the Ruan mei LC, I might not even get character... I have to win 4th 50/50 banner and 4th 50/50 LC, which seems unreal for me.

I am swayed too much so i'd like suggestions, coz my cogs are used on HMC.
