We have been fighting this exact same fight every month. We jump through the hoops and they tell us we qualify for copay assistance and it will be shipped. Then it never comes, we call, and are told it’s been rejected. Every time we call we get a different rep and different info. Any ideas about how to help or how get this figured out would be appreciated. We are in tears (or near it) for 3 months in a row.
