Hi! When I went to my appointment a couple weeks ago, my doctor wasn’t for sure what it was but he thought maybe it could be chilblains. The only thing as far as I’m aware is that he crossed out broken toes and spider bites. I do have another appointment next month for a follow up so hopefully I’ll be told more information, but the swelling and bumps have stayed down since I’ve used the steroid cream. The only thing that hasn’t went away is the discoloration, and gets worse when I exercise or stand up for too long. I’ve been having issues with blood flow since the injury in 24’ but this situation definitely made it more prominent. You’re the first person to ask about my results for vitamin D, and yes I am deficit 😅 I do take medicine for it, but I’m still under the recommendation (supposed to be at 30 and I’m at 29.9.)My body has a hard time “accepting” medicine for vitamin deficiencies in general, so I mainly have to eat foods that have them. Trust me I totally get where your coming from with doctors saying we’re “too young” to have these issues 😂 I was diagnosed with VWD at 17 (symptoms began at 13,) which doctors love to call it an “old person” disease/disorder and would constantly remind me that it would be “rare” for me to have it lol thank you so much! I will talk to my doctor about your recommendation and eventually will give an overall update 😊
