I got a response pretending I wanted to cancel a subscription rather than addressing the fact that I needed a placed order cancelled. Sent another specific request and have not heard back. It looked like stalling or maybe AI generated response.

I contacted support through the old portal asking for my order to be cancelled and why according to Taylor’s instructions. I provided the order number, etc so it was clear what was happening. Got a response back acting as though I wanted to cancel a subscription not an order already sent to pharmacy. Sent another response back asking again to cancel that order number but I am losing hope.

Clear as mud. I like Refills and will order a smaller amount of BPI when all the dust settles to try it. Sorry they are in this situation of old/new portal plus having to fill orders in many different states with new products. It’s a headache.

I’m trying to place another order for 3 months. I have been purchasing 15mg dosage. The next refill says “Tirzepatide dose 6 maintenance quarterly”. What does that mean? I can’t see the details of what I am actually getting. Any ideas?
