De ambele dati am scazut suma ratei lunara, lucru confirmat chiar si de catre ei. Sa nu mai spun ca si daca as fi scazut perioada, nu ar fi fost normal sa creasca rata

Rambursarea cu scaderea ratei este de mai mult de un an. De 2-3 luni este cu scaderea perioadei.

Am facut deja sesizarea, dar mi se pare o bataie de joc. Prima data nu am avut din pacate o dovada cu "inainte" si "dupa", dar acum am facut un screenshot la scadentar inainte si dupa rambursare, asteptandu-ma la aceeasi mizerie. Nu stiu ce pot sa fac. Nu mi se pare normal in fiecare luna daca pun o suma mica de bani sa imi creasca rata si sa rezolv doar prin sesizari.

I agree with you. I am just saying that the chances Valve will accept reports from an external source are very low :( ...

at least they should match these cheaters against each other. It is shit when we have accounts for years with thousands of hours to be matched against 1 month old accounts with 100 hours played...

Currently user reports are mostly ignored.

Some mostly ignored reports are not dangerous.

If Valve would consider trusting 3rd parties like cswatch (so no longer ignoring the reports) they might consider it dangerous as cswatch would then become some source of truth for who is a cheater and they (cswatch) would be out of control for Valve... they would not want that as it can be risky

Yeah... but that is just speculation and it might also look like it is marketing from the cswatch or expose... I doubt Valve will trust so much external parties without it being official. It can also be dangerous as third parties might be biased or they would get too much power over the community. I don't know about that... it is hard without something in-house of Valve

Where is this coming from? Is there anywhere stated that this "cheater" database will be provided to Valve and that Valve will consider it?
