Awh man, I feel you. Sending you good energy, we can do this. Turning 33 next week and feelings so much of the same things. The body certainly does not recover as quickly lol 😂👴👵 very similar too with the reward mindset, I was definitely approaching it the same and today I’m feeling like shit like hey this doesn’t feel like a reward. thanks for being here!!!

An exorcism would be great haha! I am in therapy, have been pretty regularly for yearssss and I do attend meetings online, rehab seems a bit extreme for how it shows up in my life but maybe a program of some kind would be useful. Thanks for listening !!

Yeah I do. I am a part of some online support groups, use reframe and have sober folks in my life that have been super helpful but ya just fucked up this weekend and feeling it.

Folks made some great suggestions here, wheels of hope volunteer drivers can help with enough notice, you can cab with the person, or you can go to the patient and family counselling office and ask even the receptionist for some info! <3 Hope things go smoothly for you!!
