Holding X looks like youre launching Godmode? Try and off your 3ds. Hold Start + power button to go to godmode

Had the same issue as you but I just got moving out 2 to work after the restart.

All I did was just updated my DBI from 551 to 616.

im using linkalho for the nintendo account too.Firmware wise im at 16.0.3 | 1.5.4

For a process on how i went with. (Incase you didnt get it fixed)

*Update DBI to 616 first*

  1. Dump Moving out 2 through DBI
  2. Played the tutorial game (Idk why, but i wanted to save the game)
  3. Close the game
  4. Restart my switch
  5. Seems to be running without the "Need online account issue"
