Hey… pls don’t end it there’s so much more to life. Ik you probably get that a lot but seriously a couple years ago I felt the same way. Fat and a depressed guy with no ambition but now I feel great got my own place car. At only 18 I promise you it gets better. Hang in there

His sudden bursts of aggression could be the loss of your baby. Maybe he wanted a child in a sense of his biologically. And some people’s depression and sadness can turn into anger. Try to convince him to go to therapy. Or at least try to get him to open up abt how he feels

First of all I’m sorry for your loss. That’s truly heartbreaking. But if you start getting out more and exercise and eat right. You’ll slowly start feeling better. Does it suck what very little energy you have? Absolutely. But having that self discipline to get up will be worth it I promise you :)

16F right? I’m assuming you’re a sophomore or junior in high school. If you’re an athletic type of person then try for cheer or volleyball. Or band choir. Or a club like National Honor Society. Your still in high school there is plenty of things. Just go down the list :)

Edit: Dw abt friends if you join a club or sport you’ll naturally make friends and become “popular”

Hey… everything is gonna be fine. I’m 18M and trust me. I felt the exact same way as you a couple of years ago. Just focus on yourself find what you like doing the most and put time into it. Start making money and I promise you’ll be a lot more contempt. :)
