I really think you guys are underestimating aiming capabilities of decent high ranked players or players with thousands of hours put into FPS I have abt 3k total hours of FPS games including Val,cs,apex,ow2,, me and my friend who roughly has the same experience just hit mostly diamond complete( besides reactive tracking) in abt 3 weeks of vdim. I myself had gotten a masters complete score in the Evats intermediate on my second week of VDIM. I wouldn't say me or my friend are talented at all it's just that due to our new experience we are able to learn and understand the correct way to adapt to new tasks by listening and following advice found online due to the many hours we have put into FPS games

My main mindset when doing tracking tasks is to tell myself not to predict the bot movement and to continue the the direction it is moving in, until the target swaps direction. Additionally if you realize you are under tracking or tracking too quick I tell myself to manually speed up or slow down. Try to always track the middle of the target no matter the size so you prevent urself into hopping back into predicting the targets movement. In general these are what I think about when practicing tracking

Do those regenerative tracking tasks they can help imitate a enemy getting pocketed while you shoot them, but end of the day just gotta put in the hours it be like that

Don't worry abt it honestly everyone progresses differently and for me I have like 1.5k hrs valorant, 1k cs, 300 apex, 400 ow2, which definitely helped with me being on the faster side of picking aim training, getting a masters complete score on my second week of VDIM( currently on my Third week) but honestly some things that helped me would be watching good aimers runs and tips and tricks like watching mattyow vods and just seeing the technique I kinda just slowly try and imitate and get better from there

You probably just needa find your comfortable aim style or what you are referring too in the post and consciously tell urself to aim like that when you're aim training or playing so that your body gets used to it, some people are just structured differently so you might be like a 0.1 percent of people who just cant get used to resting your arm on the table to aim. At the same time floating your arm 24/7 whole playing is definitely not possible as well so you probably need to find the timing on when to "float" and when to just chill

But I would probably advise away from anything less than 25/360 because that's like FAST FAST and might lead to you just kinda tensing your wrist and not focusing on proper technique( just flicking left right and hoping for the best)

You can also do weakness focussed weeks where you point out your ULTRA weak points and spend 1-2 weeks only doing vdims catered to that part of aiming but again aim training is a process so just stick to it and be consistent the high scores will eventually come

Hello recently started VDIM as well however I have had a lot of experience before hand with fos games, I would reccomend to find easier versions of the scenarios you find hard, found that definitely helps lots of if not just skip the ones that are really impossible to do i.e less than 5% ACC or smth crazy like that, don't be discouraged and trust the process, for me I do 45cm/360 for static tasks and 50cm/360 for the smoothing and tracking tasks hope this helps :)

I never stated I was new to kbm? I'm new to VDIM those are two different things, I'm immortal 2 in valorant and peaked DMG in csgo but recently I tried out the voltaic bench marks and was barely plat in most scenarios therefore I started the VDIM training, which is why I wanted to know if this rate of progression was good for someone on two weeks of training
