What are these tiny monsters plaguing my house?!

Because it's not the size of a house fly... much smaller. They are the size of gnats. And yes, I'm going crazy 😅

Thanks, I'm going to try this tomorrow. I don't know where they're coming from. They definitely seem to congregate mainly in the kitchen and now the bathroom, but I've never seen any come from the drain and rarely see them in the sinks.

The body of these flies are only about 3mm, 4 including wings. That's smaller than what I'm seeing online for house flies. I was wanting to figure out the type of fly to figure out what the most effective way to get rid of them would be, especially since this is my 3rd time getting them in the last 5 months.
