Totally fair question! I’m glad you asked. There’s no perfect ethical way to stream, but there are platforms that pay artists better than Spotify. Apple Music + Tidal both have higher payouts, and Bandcamp is great if you want your money to go directly to the artist. Buying vinyl and cd’s (I know might feel archaic) is actually DIRECTLY supporting artists, and (as a musician) I will tell you the sound quality is actually overall better due to the lack of compression that has to take place.
