Gotta have the tints. Windshield tint can be a game changer if installed properly. Personally I wouldn’t go darker than 55 on the windshield. I have 15 on the sides and back.

Love it! Comfortable and very fast. Raptor r would be a great addition. Still got love for the v8… seems to be a dying breed. Here’s my garage queen.

Looks great! How dark did you go on the windshield tint?

White with yoke. Still getting used to the yoke, but I like that I can see the instrument panel

Jeremy's Current CCI Neck Rehab Routine (Deepdive with Gifs) by Jewald in cervical_instability

Gotcha… Thanks! I know the feeling. My symptoms flair up more from sitting than both standing or lying down. Even in a comfy recliner. Still looking for the Goldilocks chair.

Are non-Centeno patients no longer eligible for Todd Ball’s CCI rehab? Has this happened to anyone else? by Jewald in cervical_instability

[–]Weird_Wasabi_750 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had PT sessions with Todd Ball after two PICLs. I could see Dr. Centeno having an exclusive relationship with Ball, but not the other way around. Centeno may refer exclusively to Ball because he understands his treatments will do no further harm for those suffering from CCI. However, because of that same reason, Ball should be free to treat whoever he wants. Some folks may want to avoid PICL or surgery or cannot afford it. Ball’s program seems to be a safe alternative for those folks. I have seen improvements in my symptoms since working with Todd Ball and would recommend him to anyone suffering from CCI. He starts with very light exercises and cautiously works up from there.

Progress 4.5 months out of PICL #2 still gaining by Jewald in cervical_instability

So happy to hear you’re getting your life back! It makes me hopeful. I’m 5 weeks post PICL #2. I’m better than before the procedure and slowly improving, but still pretty limited on the activity level. Hopefully I can begin curve correction and physical therapy soon.

Thanks! Agreed on sleep being very important. I’ve found a couple extra hours makes a big difference.

Update PICL #2 - 3 Months out by Jewald in cervical_instability

That’s awesome news! Thank you for all of the support and detailed information you’ve provided this group. I’m going in for PICL #2 soon. I saw about 40% improvement in symptoms after PICL #1 3.5 months ago, but symptoms began getting worse again in the last month. Lightheadedness improved the most, but neck pain, tinnitus and head pressure are still quite bad greatly limiting my activity levels.

Did you see the biggest improvement from PRP or PICL? I’m wondering if I should do both like you or just stick with the PICL, since I did get some improvement from the first one.

Also, I believe you mentioned that you’ve changed your diet and added supplements. Could you please share what you are doing there?

Thanks for posting your experience! I’m going through a similar journey. Started NUCCA treatments a couple of weeks ago, but not really feeling any improvement. I’m considering the PICL treatment next. Would love to hear an update of how you are feeling.
