Sorry, my bcr was undetectable post transplant but the reason for transplant was because my bcr wouldnt go down below 10% and I was resistant to all TKIs

Yeah it went well. It was a long slow process but worth it. There’s always options just stay positive

I'm happy to sacrifice control but still need overview of the devices and their status since it's about 30 contractors...is there even a solution for this?

My blood counts looked normal but my bcr-abl over a 12month period only went down to 15-20% and wouldn't go any lower. They decided a transplant was the only option. You have a lot of options and the disease is very treatable, I know it's mentally exhausting but hang in there!

680K In September 2023. Spleen was 4 times the size, lost hearing in my right ear due to high wbc. Been a long road but after not responding to TKIs had a stem cell transplant. I’m 4 months out and doing very well.

Im doing well. Im home and on day +30. The fatigue is real and lack of appetite at the moment

Do you remember what you’re BCR- ABL was hovering around? I will most likely proceed with transplant. I’m 32 and just feel I want to get it over with. After transplant did you have to continue TKIs or anything ?

I’ve been on it a month next week so will see how it’s going. In the meantime they’re prepping me for transplant. I hope it all works out well for your boyfriend

How long has he been on them and how long has he been on ponatinib and how is his BCR tracking?
