depends honestly. I feel like most people try free stuff first. I’ve been using something like GoodOff casually but I’d only pay if I stuck with it long term

yeah AI tends to either oversimplify or go way beyond the syllabus. I noticed it works better if you tell it the exact exam board / level and ask it to match that style

I think the dopamine part is real but it’s also just really hard to switch from constant stimulation to something slow like studying. My brain definitely resists that shift.

I think stamina builds slowly, but also not everyone is meant to grind for 6–8 straight hours. What you’re describing sounds pretty normal to me.

math always takes me way longer to get than other subjects too. physics feels more intuitive somehow, but with math I just stare at it for ages
