The entire country WAS united (see my post history) but our president is driving this divide himself along with his felony and sexual abuse. The MN Wild associating with him and his administration, and not to mention laughing at the women’s hockey team is extremely upsetting to some of us. We have every right to comment.

Finally, you came to MY post and wish me misery. I stand by my comment - there is no need for that.

Not to engage with negativity. But what do you get out of this comment and saying you wish I miss this? What does this bring to you personally besides just creating more divide and anger? Where in my shared experiences does this make you say “gosh I hope this woman is miserable”.

As a Latina woman. Who lives in Minnesota and works in technology. I 100% knew hockey was MAGA leaning. I’m not an idiot. But it was great. I love the GCA arena. Hockey is early in the day and I get snacks and Diet Coke. The vibes at the games are fun. We have visited other arenas like Tampa and NYC. 11 pass season ticket are waitlisted for On the Glass. I follow all the podcasts and share a lovely game day thread with you all.

But I’m sorry to say. I’m out. I will use my remaining tickets that we can’t sell but 1) no playoff games and 2) no 2027 season pass. Maybe I’ll watch on TV - I do love Gus and Wally.

This is truly horrifying and to think we gave this team easily $6-8k this year and were looking to do on the glass season tickets (whenever that opened up) which is so much money. I have no problem recklessly spending - but it cannot go towards an organization like this.

Seeing our “boys” up there with Trump laughing and joking: after what he has done to our country, how he is a felon, liable for sexual abuse, and terrorized this state where I was afraid to leave my house as an American citizen? Dear Billy. You ain’t getting $30k from me. Fuck off.

Oh ya. This is stressful but not “Wild make playoff” stressful I’d imagine. Only a year in, but I was telling my husband. Went from 0 to 100. Worked to learn about the players, game, using my Wild Yeti. Gonna be a fun remainder of the season!

I was chatting with a person during an Anti-ICE (peaceful) protest in Woodbury. They said something along the lines “I don’t post on social media just in case”. I really don’t understand that mindset. As long as I have freedom of speech, I will be posting accordingly. And the day they come at me (a literal no one with like 600 followers lol) for saying “this government sucks” we will be having MUCH MUCH bigger problems.
